3. Conclusion of Contract
By placing products in our online shop, we make a non-binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is formed when you click the “Buy Now” button to place an order.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added during the checkout process. Payment is accepted via the payment methods offered on our site.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided. Delivery times and costs are shown during checkout. Delays due to customs or external circumstances are not our responsibility.

6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our separate “Right of Withdrawal” policy.

8. Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. This does not affect consumer rights under statutory warranty laws.
