We currently ship within Germany and selected countries within the European Union.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, shipping is currently not supported in your region.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before completing the purchase.


3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that certain made-to-order or limited products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Any extended processing times will be clearly stated on the product page.


4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days
  • EU Countries: 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures or carrier delays.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs or external circumstances beyond our control.
