Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn 
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with all original tags and packaging included

Any items showing signs of wear, damage, washing or alteration may be refused.


Return Process

To request a return, please contact us first at:

support@ducoclo.com

Include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • the reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, you may send the item back to us.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping themselves.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.


Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like another size or item, please place a new order separately.
